• Antarctica: I accomplished my goal of setting foot on every continent by the time I turned 40. Sleeping on Antarctica for the night, taking the polar plunge and kayaking were some of my most-memorable highlights!

• Paris: I lived in Paris during the month of April, when the springtime weather beckons the cherry blossoms into bloom. I loved seeing amazing art, soaking up the café culture, and embracing the French lifestyle.

• Sailing through French Polynesia & the Marquesas Islands on the Aranui 5 freighter ship.

• Travelling to Japan during the cherry blossom season to visit my 3rd grade pen pal!

• Touring Basque Country (the area between France and Spain) with Backroads (an adventure travel company). I would love to explore this part of the world while hiking, biking, surfing, and kayaking.

• Visiting the Northwest Territories to go dog sledding and experience the Aurora Borealis!

I love tending to my strawberry plants barefooted and spending time with my 9 nieces and nephews!
