I have been actively involved in the travel industry since 2006 when I began working at a travel agency in Syria. I remained there until 2012 and gained valuable experience and knowledge in various aspects of travel management during those years.

After taking a brief hiatus from travel and moving to Canada, in 2022, I decided to join the Paull Travel team. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to become a part of this amazing travel family. Working alongside such passionate and skilled individuals has been an inspiring and rewarding experience, and I am eager to continue contributing my expertise to assist in creating unforgettable journeys for our clients.

My primary role is as an assistant to our team of agents. We take pride in leaving no detail overlooked, ensuring that every aspect of your journey is meticulously planned from the moment you start planning your vacation until you return home. Our ultimate goal is to deliver the absolute best service, leaving you with unforgettable memories

• Istanbul: I have had the the privilege of visiting Istanbul 3 times, and I am eager to return for more adventures. It is the only city in the world to straddle 2 continents, combining all the intrigue of Asia with the cosmopolitan nature of Europe. In addition, you can’t stop eating because the food is some of the best you will ever eat!

• Antalya: a destination that never fails to amaze me with its abundant offerings. Each all-inclusive resort resembles a vibrant mini-city, brimming with an array of activities, parties, theatres, aqua parks, and, of course, idyllic sandy beaches.

• Lebanon: although it is just a small country, Lebanon is often called heaven on Earth. I never felt bored during my time here. There are scenic mountains, beautiful beaches, and a unique history in places like Annaya and Harissa.

There are so many places that I wish to visit, but here are a few that are near the top of my list…

• Visit Australia, especially during Christmas, to experience the unique celebration in summer with my sister's family.

• Embark on a dream trip to explore the cities bordering the Mediterranean Sea in Europe.

• Discover the beauty of Greece and it’s beautiful islands.

• Relax on Mexico's sandy beaches. I never feel more at peace than when I am at the beach!

I try to always be a positive person and live life to the fullest! I love to try all different kinds of food and wine, and of course, travel. My family is my everything. I am so proud of my 6-year-old son, Jad, who loves teaching me new board games.
